When is my order being shipped?
Orders are shipped within 5 business days. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. For information on anticipated delivery (inclusive of processing and transit times), please refer to the "Shipping Table" on our Shipping Policy Page.
How do I know if my package has been shipped?
When your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation e-mail. Your order will be processed, and when it's ready to leave our partner company you will receive a second e-mail with tracking information for your shipment.
How long does it take before I receive my order?
After your order has been picked up by the carrier it might take up to 7-13 business days before you receive your order.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes we do. After your order has been picked up by the carrier we will send you an e-mail with the tracking information.
Do you offer Expedited shipping?
At this time we don’t. But we will be in the near future
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, all orders are qualified for free shipping
If I’m not happy with my order can I return it?
Not a problem at all. If you are unhappy with your purchase or would like to return your items, please send us an e-mail within 14 business days after receiving your order requesting a return. Send your item(s) back to our partner company in accordance with our Return Policy.
Will you refund the full purchase price?
When you return your order within the cancellation period (14 business days), we will refund the full purchase price together with the standard shipping costs. Keep in mind, however, that if you only want to return a few items but want to keep the rest of the order, you may not be entitled to a refund of the shipping costs.
Do you offer free returns?
No, we do not offer free returns. The costs made for returning the order will not be refunded. Please make sure to use a secured shipping method which provides a track and trace code.
I received a damaged item. What do I do?
Should you receive a damaged item, please take a photo of the item which clearly displays the damage and send us an e-mail on email@example.com upon receiving the e-mail with the photo we will determine the needed outcome.
